Billy Miller (born January 1, 1954, Jamaica, Queens, New York, USA - died November 13, 2016) was an American musician and music archivist. Together with his wife Miriam Linna founded Norton Records (2) and Kicks magazine. He performed with The Zantees and The A-Bones, produced records for Hasil Adkins, Roky Erickson and Flat Duo Jets and wrote liner notes for reissues by The Fabulous Wailers, The Astronauts, The Trashmen and others.
