    Began career in the 50's, preferred local accompanist of Stan Getz. Around 1960 his band Jazzkvintet-60 (Jazz Quintet 60) offered debut to a very young Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen. Also very active as leader of ensembles for theater productions, TV and cabarets. Member of and composer for The Danish Radio Jazz Group 1961 to 1967. Awarded Danish Jazz Musician of the year 1960. Piano teacher in his later years.
