Benny Troy (born, Newark, New Jersey on February 17, 1947, died May 17, 2018.) Benny, a passionate musician, began his musical journey early, recording his first song at age 13. By 16, he formed his first band, the Revell’s, achieving recognition with his debut professional record. His talents led him to perform as a Starlighter before pursuing a solo career, during which, he recorded popular tracks like "I Don’t Know You Anymore" and achieved notable chart success with hits from his album "Tearin' Me To Pieces." Benny also made a name for himself in the jingle industry, working with major brands and airlines. The song "I Wanna Give You Tomorrow," was a success worldwide, primarily through the UK Northern Soul scene in the seventies. Benny enjoyed connecting with fans through tours and meet-and-greets, particularly in the UK.
