Bandaliera is a rock band formed in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1982. Throughout its career, it released 6 albums and became known for songs considered classics of rock from Rio Grande do Sul such as Campo Minado and Nosso Lado Animal. The band broke up in 2004, when Alemão Ronaldo decided to embark on a solo career, releasing the album Onde o Amor Se Esconde. The other members formed the band Automóvel Verde, releasing their first self-titled album that same year. Bandaliera has reunited for a 40th anniversary tour in 2022.
