B-Legit, also known as The Savage. Born Brandt Jones in Vallejo, California. Early in his career, he was part of The Click, a rap group founded by B-Legit's cousin, E-40. Known for his frequent habit of smoking marijuana, B-Legit has been credited for coining the phrases "B-lah Blunts" and "B-La Geezy" for his enormous sized tobbacoo-rolled joints. He has been signed to several major labels during his career such as Jive Records, Koch Records, and Universal Records. He gained much attention for his contributions to Tupac Shakur's album, "All Eyez On Me" and has collaborated with many other artists including E-40, Celly Cel, Too Short, Jadakiss, Snoop Dogg, Master P, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, The Federation, Mystikal, Mack 10, Paul Wall, Keak da Sneak, Rick Rock, Young Buck, Yukmouth, Numskull, and the late Mac Dre. He is cousins to members of The Click, Mac Mall, Turf Talk, Little Bruce and E-40's son, Droop-E.
