Aura Noir

About

A black/thrash metal band from Oslo, Norway, founded in 1993 by Aggressor (Carl-Michael Eide) and Apollyon (Ole Jørgen Moe). They typically shared instrument duties on the albums by playing different instruments depending on who wrote the songs. In 1996 they were joined by Blasphemer (Rune Eriksen) on guitar. In 2005 Aggressor fell from a fourth floor window, which resulted in him being partially paralysed on the legs. The accident put the band on hold for a while, but after few years they continued making music and performing.
