Artur Schnabel (born April 17, 1882, Lipnik (Kunzendorf) near Bielitz, Galicia, Austro-Hungarian Empire (now part of Bielsko-Biała, Poland) – died August 15, 1951, Axenstein, Switzerland) was Austrian classical pianist and composer. Father of pianist Karl Ulrich Schnabel.
