Bass player, best known as a founding member of the New York Dolls (born February 3, 1949, The Bronx, New York - died July 13, 2004, Los Angeles, California). Arthur "Killer" Kane was forced out of the New York Dolls in 1975 and never again found the same level of success. Although he had occasionally played with one or two former Dolls bandmates, he reunited with all the living members of the band for the first time in 2004 to perform at at the Royal Festival Hall in London as part of his Meltdown Festival. He died shortly afterward.
