Swedish jazz alto saxophonist, clarinetist and bandleader, nicknamed "Dompan", born December 20, 1924 in Solna, Sweden, died September 2, 2008 in Stockholm, Sweden.
Domnérus worked, among others, with Lars Gullin, Jan Johansson, and Quincy Jones (in the early 1960s), He was a member of the Swedish Radio Big Band 1956-1965, and the leader of its successor, the Radiojazzgruppen 1967-1978.
