Armando Fragna (August 2, 1898 Naples, Campania, Italy - August 15, 1972 Livorno, Tuscany, Italy) was an Italian musician, conductor and composer. He made his debut at 18 as a conductor in the famous company of Tecla Scarano. He moved to Rome after a long period in the orchestras of variety, and becames the "right arm" of Petrolini. It was the first in Italy to make known the American musical (or "operetta-jazz", as it was then called) "No, no, Nanette". Later it was a remarkable sequence of successes as a composer: Signora illusione, Signora fortuna, La mazurka della nonna, La quadriglia di famiglia, I pompieri di Viggiù, Arrivano i nostri, I cadetti di Guascogna, Papà Pacifico, Pura fantasia, Due gocce d'acqua, Qui sotto il cielo di Capri, etc.
