    Anthill Mob

UK Garage collective from east London.

The key members were producer and vocalist Andrew Alcee aka [a=Tosh (2)] / Yoush / [a=Yush] and producer Justin Jones aka Just Juice.
Longtime friends Alcee and Jones produced breakbeat and jungle as Studio 2 but lost faith in the scene in 1993/1994, according to a 1997 interview.
Their first garage release was in 1995 on Richard Pascal aka [a=John Doe (35)]'s label Confetti Records.
Anthill Mob took their name from the late 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoon Wacky Races and like the characters from the TV series presented themselves as 1930s gangsters to promote You Should Have Known in 2000.
Producers [a=Jeff Allen (3)] aka Dr. Queff and Chris McFarlane aka Chris Mack, who collaborated on Confetti as D. Dastardly & P. Perfect, were involved in several Anthill Mob releases in the late 1990s/early 2000s. (Other Wacky Races-inspired aliases on Confetti: Lady Penelope aka P. Pitstop, Wacky Bros, Gruesome Twosome and Rufuss Ruffcut & Saw Tooth.)
Not to be confused with the The Anthill Mob production team.
