Ansambel Lojzeta Slaka

One of the most prolific and popular Alpine folk music groups in Slovenia. It was launched in 1964 by Lojze Slak, an outstanding virtuoso on the diatonic accordion. The ensemble has enriched Slovene folk music with more than 500 original songs and poems. Slak's poetry and music has influenced many musical groups at home and abroad.
