Organizer of the 1st International Acousmatic Festival in Brussels (1984) and numerous concerts since. Publisher of the review Lien and compiler of a documentation center on acousmatic art. Professor of electroacoustic composition at conservatories in Liège, Brussels and Mons. Spatialization of acousmatic music on tape, performing numerous concerts in Belgium and internationally. At sixteen, she discovered the music of words (in the poetry of René Char and Saint-John Perse) and the same efforts to give life color and meaning that she finds in the music of sounds. Several of her works represent different stages of research into the various methods of weaving together text and music offered by electroacoustics today.
