Anna-Lena has composed to order for orchestras/soloists/conductors such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Malmö Opera Orchestra, Camerata Nordica, Norrland Opera, Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra, Orquesta Sinfónica Municipal de Mar del Plata, Argentina, Sveriges Radio, Håkan Hardenberger, Göran Söllscher, coloratura soprano Piia Komsi, Fredrik Malmberg, Anders Bergcrantz, Richie Beirach, Andrew Manze, Anna-Maria Helsing, Mats Rondin, Gitta-Maria Sjö berg and Thomas Söndergaard among many, many others and her music is performed around the world in concerts as well as on radio and TV.

She is married to trumpeter Anders Bergcrantz, and their daughters are the singers Iris Bergcrantz and Rebecca Bergcrantz.
