Andrew Fletcher

Andrew Fletcher (8 July 1961, Basildon, Essex, England – 26 May 2022), also known as Fletch, was an English bassist, keyboard player, DJ, and founding member of the electronic band Depeche Mode. Though he played many instruments in the band, his principal role was often described as handling the band's business and legal interests; in his own words, from D.A. Pennebaker's 1989 documentary 101: "Martin's the songwriter, Alan's the good musician, Dave's the vocalist, and I bum around."

Also a founder of the short-lived Toast Hawaii label.
