    Designer & photography assistant for Storm Thorgerson, Aubrey Powell and Peter Christopherson at Hipgnosis from 1980 to 1983

    Co-founded Icon (Icon Communications Ltd) in 1982 a creative agency based in London & LA specialising in design and packaging for the music industry.
    He sold the business in 1989 to the Tinsley Robor Group Ltd. which later merged Icon with other group owned companies to form Sonicon

    In 1993 left Sonicon and founded Eyetoeye
