Alfred Panou

In 1969, French black actor Alfred Panou met Pierre Barouh in a pub in Paris. Pierre told him to go to the Saravah studios, where [a=Art Ensemble of Chicago] is recording. With the band, Panou performed a wild political freestyle, released on a 7" single.
