In 2002 he was one of the finalists in the Danish version of the TV program Popstars. He dropped out but got a record deal nonetheless.
In 2003 he released his debut album "Thirteen" followed in 2006 by "Ta' Det Tilbage".
In 2005 the world was briefly introduced to J.A.Z ([a=Johnson (6)], Alex and [a=Zindy]) releasing one single only, "Ingen Gør Som Vi Gør".
Near the end of 2008 he returned with the self-produced single "Din Dag".
