Al Foster Band

About

Al Foster Band was a pseudonym for Italian songwriters and musicians [a=Ivano Alberto Fossati] and Oscar Prudente. Their only track as Al Foster Band first appeared on their 1973 LP "Poco Prima Dell'Aurora" on the Italian label Cetra/Cetra. The original title was "Tema Del Lupo" (translated as "Theme Of The Wolf). It was also released on the same label as a 7" in 1974. When Cetra picked it up they chose the American sounding artist name Al Foster Band and changed the track name to "Night Of The Wolf".
