Formed in 2009, Aimonia is an electronic rock band from Ohio. Aimonia self-released their debut album, “Pulling the Trigger” in December of 2010. The songs run the gamut of electronic music, encompassing elements of early industrial, dark electro, trance and industrial rock. Aimonia’s first release was an exclusive track, Three, that appeared on the bonus download disc of the popular Electronic Saviors compilation available from Metropolis Records. Aimonia's first show was at Chicago's Darkroom Bar for the Electronic Saviors release show with industrial music powerhouses Acumen Nation, Christ Analogue, The Gothsicles and others. A year later, a new live band was assembled and Aimonia performed at the WTII Records MiniFest II in Chicago supporting acts such as The Dark Clan, [Rein]Forced, I:Scintilla and the final performance from electronic music legends Die Warzau. Aimonia is semi-secretly working on a new LP slated for a 2020 release.
