Launched Conspiracy Recordings in 2005 with Jon O'Bir, and in 2010 he set up his own label Conspiracy Recordings. After being discontinued since 2014, Conspiracy Recordings relaunched in late 2021.
From 2010 to 2012 he worked as an A&R at Conspiracy Recordings, and from 2013 to 2015 as an A&R at Conspiracy Recordings.
Activa has also been working as an engineer for artists like Matt Davey, Jon O'Bir, David Newsum, Aled Mann, Chris & Matt Kidd, Paul Trainer, Owen Clark and Freesoup.
