    Aalborg Musikkontor (sometimes with musikernes egen booking appended to the name) was a Danish musician-driven booking and management agency located in Aalborg and operating under this name from 1979 to approx. 1991. Aalborg Musikkontor also acted as a concert and event organizer, e.g. "Sommerrock '83" at Skovdalen, and was co-organizer of the "Open Air" concerts in Mølleparken.

    History
    Inspired by the new musician-driven booking agencies in Aarhus (see Århus Musikkontor) and Copenhagen (see Københavns Musikkontor) a group of musicians from Aalborg, with Jan Vinther as one of the important initiators, established Aalborg Musikkontor at the beginning of 1979. Aalborg Musikkontor was to be owned and function broadly like the corresponding agencies in Copenhagen and Aarhus. At the end of August 1979 the agency opened an office in Prinsensgade, and from 1 January 1980 the agency was permanently established with two employees, Jan Vinther and Morten Laursen.
